BRIAN
DIEP
Brian Diep is a designer and systems thinker who believes great design should make life simpler, not harder. With a background in branding, marketing, and user-centered design, he approaches every challenge as an entrepreneur—curious, strategic, and relentless in the pursuit of better systems that drive real results.
He’s helped shape the visual identity of campus-based startups and transformed the Rayburn Student Center into the “Heart of Campus,” aligning storytelling with Texas A&M–Commerce’s brand pillars. Beyond visuals, Brian’s work focuses on creating experiences people feel—design that functions as a bridge between clarity and connection.
As a collaborator, he streamlines workflows, clarifies complex problems, and builds creative systems that help teams move faster with purpose. Whether developing enrollment campaigns for youth programs or helping local businesses connect with their communities, Brian focuses on outcomes that are scalable, measurable, and human.
When he’s not designing, you’ll likely find him at the climbing gym pushing limits, or hunting for rare quarter errors—because he believes details matter, whether on a coin or a campaign.
